Our Purpose

On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff and volunteers, we want you to know Heart'sWay Hospice has one purpose. That purpose is to serve you and your family when you are dealing with the impending loss of a loved one. Because we are a non-profit organization, everything we do is focused on the services we are honored to provide. This is a mission to us. In fact, it is our calling.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality service and care possible. Daily, we evaluate how carefully we are meeting the needs of our patients and their families. We strive to be prompt in our responses. We look for knowledge, compassion, and intelligence in our staff. We believe we are the best at what we do and we take that very seriously. Our nurses, social workers, hospice aides, chaplains and volunteers are exceptional and we are proud of the work we do on behalf of this agency.

We believe our role at Heart'sWay Hospice is to truly represent the hospice philosophy in everything we do. We remind ourselves constantly that it is a privilege to be chosen by patients and families to share their journey with them. Our goal is to bring experience and compassion to those we serve. Serving you and your family is what brings meaning to what we do and who we are.
