Heart'sWay Hospice is fully accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) ensuring the very best of care. We are members of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Texas and New Mexico Hospice Organization. We were founded in 1984 as a community based, non-profit agency with a 501c(3) designation.
