On behalf of the Board of Directors, our staff and
volunteers, we want you to know the Heart'sWay Hospice has but one
purpose. That purpose is to serve you and your family when you are
dealing with the impending loss of a loved one. Since we are a
non-profit organization, everything we do is focused on the services we
are honored to provide. This is a mission to us. In fact, it is our
calling.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality service
and care possible. Daily, we evaluate how carefully we are meeting the
needs of our patients and their families. We strive to be prompt in our
responses. We look for knowledge, compassion, and intelligence in our
staff. We believe we are the best at what we do and we take that very
seriously. Our nurses, social workers, home health aides, and volunteers
are exceptional and we are proud of the work they do on behalf of this
agency.
We believe the role of Heart'sWay Hospice is to truly
represent hospice philosophy in everything we do. We remind ourselves
constantly that it is a privilege to be chosen by patients and families
to share their journey with them. We bring experience, compassion, and a
great desire to learn from those we serve. Serving you and your family is
what brings meaning to what we do and who we are.
